On March 29th, Rep. Steny Hoyer introduced H.R.1307, which would 
increase The government's share of the FEHBP premium from 72% to 80%.
This change would assist annuitants in dealing with the rising costs 
of health care. This bill would be of great help to those with limited
annuities.  As of 4/16/01, there were only four co-sponsors
